Help setting up Cable Miraclebox Mini

Hope someone can help! :-(

Trying to setup my friends Cable on Miraclebox Mini DVB-C/T/T2 on virgin media merseyside.

I have setup this box before with DVB-S but not cable and 1 week later i still have nothing running.

I have setup box to virgin uk and local network as merseyside.
All channels scan but when you select any freeview there is no picture?

You think i am missing something?

Only a small handful of sd channels are free to air.
