audio drop out

Hi

I have 2 edison os mini, have up and running all ok apart from sound, it drops out quiet often for 2-3 sec , i have had this line on various boxes and no issues at all, have 2 boxes with different codes, in different houses and both drop out sound, can any one help as these are brand new got yesterday from WOS and it is doing my head in,

i have put one code back into a zgemma s and no issues with picture of sound .

any help welcome!!

No audio issues here with Edision. I've got 2 setup of different TV's, check your audio settings and TV settings. Menu setup > system > a/v settings, test with downmix on and off.
