what is best storage option?

hi guys,

bought a solo2 after my tm twin blew up on the weekend and just noticed it doesn't support my 3.5 inch hdd.
what is best to use: an internal 2.5 or the 3.5 i have with a usb enclosure?

WD green is good. Runs cool and quiet.

any good quality 2.5 internal HDD will do. average 500gb, unless you record loads of programs, then a 1tb

I am using a 500gb SSD. They are cheap enough these days and totally silent.
