Deleted Programs not Deleting but show as Underscore

The program normally shows as
New:You're Back in the Room

Then once deleted they have stopped going into the deleted folder (that remains empty) and just show in /movies/ as
New_You're Back in the Room
The program description is no longer shown and just shoes the file name

Any Ideas Please? It was deleting fine until a day or so ago.

I have now realised that the deleted programs do not all have an underscore!!

If they are called New: then this is changed to New_, however if its a program name then it just remains as it is.... so......

The programs are not going to the deleted folder they just stay where they are, the only change is the program description is changed to the file name. They are however fully deleted from the movie folder after a few days (the time I have set to empty the deleted folder that they are not shown in!)
