Then that answers your question, does it not?

I have it running on xtrend et8000 and I find it is still "A work in progress". It does look a very nice skin, and looks like a lot of work has gone in to it. Im not sure I can upload it here as im not the skinner and can not provide any help with it. however if you search for it (google) im sure you can find it and install to try yourself.

Thanks easkey/Ford1, I'll download it and install it manually.

Not in feed but not impressed with it and that is not criticism of the author but just skin layout etc. Too much space taken by image rather then useful info.

I do like the colours used and those colours on anothet skin such as bell or confluence would look nice

Hi

newbie here so apologies for a really dumb question:

I have just bought a Gigablue HD Ultra UE and have had a real problem with the connection to the feeds for new skins so I've downloaded one from this site but......I can't find instructions anywhere to manually ftp and install on the stb.

Really would appreciate a pointer or two.

Ftp it to tmp file then blue button>vix>install local extentsion.
Then
Menu >setup >system> user interface> skin setup

What problems are you having with the feeds ?
Menu >plugins >green button >skins

The feeds seems to have resolved themselves after I changed my network setup (which had been working) from fixed IP to DHCP.

Thanks for the info for manually installing the skins. After your post I found some more info. Ftp to var/volatile/tmp and then on the STB menu, Vix--install local software.

Worked a treat.

Thanks again
