Scan fails, tuners not working

Automatic scan fails (even during first time setup), visible error messages are

failedpll_read_adap

Device information:
Tuner A: Vuplus DVB-C NIM(TT3L10) (DVB-C)
Tuner B: Vuplus DVB-C NIM(TT3L10) (DVB-C)

Blocking issue, not possible to watch TV.

Not sure if you already solved this but I had the same error with my Duo 2. This was due to the tuner settings: I had to manually select my cable provider from the list (select tuning type Provider then scroll the list until you see your provider). If you select manual tuning eg. by Frequency Range, it fails with the above message. This is a feature/bug in OpenVIX as the said manual tuning works with the factory image no problem. I'm using the 008 build, version 4.1.

Automatic scan doesn't work on cable, set ABM to scan bouquets with your Virgin Media net id, you can find this in your official box.

I usually use auto scan error free on my xtrend if ABM not picking up channel names or missing a channel for whatever reason?
