IPTV On vu solo 2

Hi, I was told that I could add a list on IPTV channels to VU SOLO2, anyone can tell me how to do it please?
What kind of file do I need to create?
I have seen a few videos on youtube but it is unclear where to add a file , I am using FileZilla.

I am used to using FileZilla , is it the same principle? in what format should the file be saved?

Can I transfer my saved list on desktop to userbouquet TV using FileZilla? will the list show on favorite>IPTV list ?
