"Timeout For Tuner Lock" on Netid?

Ok I was trying out different netid's as I do not have the official Virgin box and didn't know my netid. Any ways tried the netid 00015 and got the message: "Timeout For Tuner Lock" but the netid that I ended up with was with 40980 which worked and found channels and all my 3 cable tuners were working fine. But still was wondering why did I get that message on that netid anything to worry about?

Those 2 regions are set to scan different frequencies, trying to scan a frequency not active in your area will not get a tuner lock and display that message.
