Openvix hanging?

My TM Twin Oe does a fair bit of 'hanging'.. Too much for a new receiver I think.. What I mean is it will stick on whatever channel and refuse any remote commands with VIX slowing rotating in the top left hand corner.

Can anyone tell me whats happening? Updating something or ???

Up till now its switching it off at the back and rebooting to get it working again.

You have a swap file enabled? Blue button > ViX > Swap manager.

Ok, quick google search, Ive created a 256mb swap file with my 500gb HD.

Any thoughts on this?

1/ Yes 256mb is good to the HDD. [emoji1360] Also make sure you have activated it and auto started it too please.
2/ Do you have a good brand of batteries in your remote?
3/ Where are you storing your epg data?

Batterys are what came in the box with the receiver, brand micropower.

Epg data is stored on the HDD

Swap file activated and auto started as well.
