installed this receiver for a friend, with openvix4 all channels using same frequency ie channel 5, 5 usa, 5 star, are breaking up bad, any suggestions

What tuners do you have? Satellite? Hybrid?

Assuming an aerial
Which transmitter? How is the aerial signal split between other equipment in the house or between various boxes and TVs? How many tuners in the box?

they are set on DVB C. there does not seem to be a splitter in the line

Somebody else had the same issue a couple of days ago. Other receivers in the same location did not have the problems. Not sure if drivers changed recently for affected model. Thread got closed.
