Volume and Programme Buttons

Hi,

Im trying to work out how to get the volume button on the remote control to work with the box, and also the volume up down button . Never of the two work for some reason? Thanks

You need to press the stb button on the remote to operate volume control on the box, although I can't comprend why you would need to do this, can you not just control your tv's volume?

Thanks, I normally leave the volume on the tv at 50%, then use 1 remote rather than two.. How do I go up and down a channel on the box?

Ch +/- buttons allow you to go up and down the channels. On the remote it's the keys to the exact opposite of the volume controls and the keys will have ^ and v symbols on them.
