Hi All

Had this happen twice now when ive changed channel just get the vix rotating symbol in left hand top side of screen and box becomes unresponsive, only way to get it back again is with a power off of the unit (Can still telnet to the unit)
Anyone else had this issue or could be possible cause?
I have enabled logs just in case.
Thanks
Chuf

Hi all!

Exactly the same with my vuduo2, had to power off two times yesterday evening after that it locked up.

Looks to be ok today, so far ...

Thanks

Have you tried running without any plugins installed to see if it happens . At least that way you will see if it is a plugin that is causing your issue

Are you installing the older webif or using the default one?

Given the recent fresh flash(es) that sounds unlikely.
So, where did chuf find this log, and what name does it have?

Ive downloaded the log file but this is like nearly 300 meg? I take it this is the wrong file? The log manager limits the size of the log to a maximum of 10MB (you can drop it down to 1MB, but not turn it off). When the log gets to this size it start to overwrite from the beginning.
Are you sure this isn't just 300kB? (Particularly since the 4194304 in the first two entries would then correspond to exactly 4MB - which I suspect is what you have the maximum log-size set to).

That shouldn't happen, but any information on what might be causing this would be in the lines before this.
The ones after are just caused by it being unable to get out of a state it's never supposed to be in.

It would be simpler just to upload the log.

Are you watching via time-shift, or do you just have it running?
