New remote. Not waking from deep standby.

I bought a replacement remote for my Duo2. Once I set the remote code to 1 in the menu all works fine. Controls power and volume also by hdmi-cec.

However, it does not wake the box from deep standby. This was working fine with the original Duo2 remote. Any ideas?

Just keep an eye on how much juice it uses, one guy on here tested a clone duo2 remote and it used nearly 200% more battery power per button press...
