Dreambox 800se image question

Hi

I wanted to post this in the vix support section but as it is does not have it on I was unable to do so. (hopefully a mod can move it to the correct section)
I would like to put openvix on this DM800 se if possible.

I do not have it here at the moment but from memory I believe it had a blackhole image on it, which I am not a fan of.

I wonder if I could get feedback please as I would like to find a use for this old box.

There is no openvix image for the DM receivers. You can try the OpenATV image instead.

Hi, I did as suggested and used "openatv-5.0-dm800se-20150804.nfi" dated august 2015

It came up with an error in dbedit (after taking 90 minutes) "Flashing failed, invalid image or old version"... box will be unusable.

I did manage to reflash with the old image which I found on my hard disk "NabiloBlackHole_DM800_012_BL72.nfi" dated 2009
so it is now back to "as is" (which I do not want)

Can anyone suggest a working open_atv image please

I am afarid it is releavnt. There is no support for clones on this forum.

Please feel free to ask about any of the supported receivers.
