Recordings and Playback

Several occasions now I have experienced these issues on my Solo4K.

Some recordings show as 00:00 and obviously do not playback.

When recording multiple items, maybe Two off Sat inputs and one or two off the DVB-T tuner then playback of a pre recorded program falls apart and is stuttering and blocky every 10 seconds or so, I am fairly confident its the new recordings causing an issue as we were half way through a program without issue then we found 4 things started to record at 9.00pm and dragged the playback down.


Any where I can find log files for the timers and why the recording is 00:00?
I suspect the second issue maybe due to HDD load? Although this is only a guess.

i had the 00:00 recording as well with a duo2.
in my case i suspect a tuning problem with unicable (that i had once in a while).
if the box can't tune the channel then you end up with 00:00 recording.
