Upgrading from Openvix 3 2 037 to 4.0.003 backup settings not restoring

Hi All

Did a backup and image of my current setup on 3.2.037 and installed new image 4.0.3 re-installed backup but nothing added default skin no plugins and other bits.

Any ideas?

It will restore your settings but not your plugins.
