cant tune in channel

I cant tune in 11171 H 22000 5/6 on 28.2e
Trying an automatic scan on the satellite or a manual scan on the transponder predefined and user defined and no channels are found

If you can't get channels on that frequency either your dish isn't aligned properly or you have a faulty LNB, I get Sony movie channels and Movies for men fine on my sky dish.
