ViX4.0-003 is the latest build so no software updates will be available. You could try image manager and reinstall again?
Blue button > ViX > Backup manager > do a fresh backup by pressing the blu button. Then exit one and go into Image manager > press the yellow button to download and highlight the latest build ViX 4.0-003 and green button to download. After a few when download has been successful, red button to close the window and highlight what you have just downloaded and press the blue button to restore. This will flash ViX 4.0-003 with the ofgwrite tool and then you will setup the receiver as if its new then you will have the option to restore your settings n plugins etc. Try that and report back please.

As the connection seems to be fine, I'm lost about your issue.

Alib

found the issue, its with BT online parental controls blocking the address it is looking for. When i turn it off NO ISSUES.

what is the address the feeds are looking at ??? so i can add it as an allowed address.

If you look in /etc/opkg you will find all the feeds and the exact addresses they are using for each package
