I'm sure this has been asked a few times, but I just want to make sure I have the right information.
Which one do I buy?
I have a VU+ Zero already and will ultimately use it as a multi-room box. I was going to get a Duo2 to act as a server for the Zero as I'll connect to it over my home network. However, won't the Solo2 do the same thing?
Take away from the Duo2 the extra ports on the back, the extra ram, hardware transcoding and shrink it in size and your left with a Solo2? A possible 4 DVB-S2 tuners is great, but I cannot get a definitive answer regarding the "other thing" I need to get, so think I'll stay with a 2 tuner box.
Any help will be great.
