W HD clear on cable

Hello, this morning W HD wasn't clearing on any of my boxes on cable, but now it seems to be totally clear - no encryption.
Does any body know if this is just temporary or more permanent following the closure of BBC3?

Just asked a friend to check his and hes saying its encrypted in Worcester so its more than likely going to be like that across the whole network. Probably an encryption issue which they have probably now sorted out.
