Hello there.

Can someone help me with my vu+duo please.

It has an error message as enigma 2_crash_145 0632479.log

channels have disappeared
not recording or let me delete any of the recorded programmes
channels are not numbered any more
can not create a menu for different programmes
ecg only shows 1 or 2 programme listings under any 1 channel

put it into stand by mode at night but in the morning it is ON because it restarts itself with the above error message
and I don't think it has the setup cacheflush at least ican not find it

Now the box has frozen. On start up it has VIX sign in the top left corner of the screen spinning all the time with the blue screen in the back round and a menu at bottom with some options but you can not do anything at all.

Restart with the rocker switch. If the same happens you will need to reflash.

Hi there. Rocker switch meaning switch the box on/off. Done that several times.
I will need further help as i dont know the meaning of reflash and how to reflash.
