Sound on music channels & epg problem

Hello, why does the vu+ keep changing audio on music channels?? I've reset it but then come back to it the next day and it's changed again. Irritating!! Also crossepg seems to be playing up now for no reason. Set up to get opentv sly uk & it was fine, now I'm getting the problem of infobar being different to multi epg. I have no idea what's happened to it.:confused:

Walter_Red by any chnace do you get the program info with jumbled words and msis spelling too.
I have tried all epgs and they all have this issue.
Thing is though no one else seems to have the lumbled program info.

On the ausio I saw this too. Dont have a cure though.

I' m not getting the spelling problem it's just that when i press EPG it says one thing, click ok to go to it and it's a different program BUT before the info bar disappears it lists the correct program that IS on. So where is the right info is coming from that shows on the info bar but not epg?
I only have one 'source' selected for epg.
