Can I use oscam on a vu+ solo please

I bought a solo from W.O.S. about 3 years ago so hoping I can get help here:

On changing "info" on it just now, newcamd wont clear, but works fine if I put my usual one back on it.

I use oscam on the "newer" e2 boxes so I am hoping I can use it on this one.

Can I be advised please

Hi,
I have no Solo but for my Boxes (Ultimo, Solo2, Duo2) and latest OpenViX Oscam is on the feed.

If is not on the feed copy a Mips32el binary of Oscam into /usr/softcams, change rights to 755 and use softcam manager to (auto)start it.
