Welcome to teh forum.

How many satellite tuners do you have in total?
Do all the satellite tuners have a cable direct from LNB?
What is each tuner set as? For people using a sky dish it is normally simple, single 28.2

I asked three distinct questions to assist you, you only supplied one answer. please reconsider answering what was asked.

On all your tuners, can you confirm that you can receive the transponder that CrossEPG and ABM uses for 28.2.

Double check that the f-plugs are connected properly, they sometimes unscrew when changing receivers.

Sorry to say this, but some people tell the receiver that there is a signal wire to a tuner when there is not.
Others use a splitter on a non-unicable LNB. This causes tuning locking issues.
Others connect a DVB-C wire to a DVB-S tuner.

No point going further until you answer the questions in post 2.

You cannot use a splitter on a normal LNB. Please answer/confirm you have done the following.

1. How many cables do you have coming from the dish to where the receiver is. Do not count any wires that you need to use for another receiver. A shotgun cable is counted as two.

2. Remove the splitter.
3. Connect the cable directly to tuner A on your receiver.
4. Set/check that tuner A is simple,single, 28.2.

5. I'm asssuing that there is no separate cable for tuner B. For now, set tuner B as "not configured"

6. Post a screenshot of the following screen. (Guide for screenshots in signature)
