Tuner is not active when turned on

I've had this problem with a couple of months & I can't find a resolution.

When I turn on my Vuduo2 (2 x S2/1 x T), the screen appears black but when I press the OK button to check the channel details, the tuner is no active. If I change channel, the tuner becomes active. This behavior is the same for for satellite or DTT.

Anyone encountered this same problem before?

Have you a wrongly configured fallback remote tuner?

Unfortunately not :(

I've modified the fallback tuner options to see if it would solve the problem but nothing.
