Hi Guys,
After a lot of frustration I have finally manged to got my debain pc working.
Now I have changed the IP address of my Duo to a different one. Since then aafter a few hours the Duo crashes or restarts and sometimes clock changes time.
Does anyone know why this is happening please?

couldn't open LCD - load lcd.o!
+ (9) GFBDC
FATAL: no framebuffer available
don't understand why changing the ip adress would cause a crash.
no idea either why no framebuffer is available.
i would re-flash the box.... or change the ip address back ;-)

still wondering why it says opendreamboxupdate in the log when you think you have blackhole on a vu+??????

Don't know why,
Do you think the problem there is a conflict there with previous software? I have tried opendreambox at an earlier date.
Also if I reflash again, how do i make sure there is no traces of old software?

Thank you.

Reflash and do not restore settings, but set up afresh ..... flashing wipes the receiver. Using Echanneliser or DBE to copy over Bouquets/channels should be fine.
