I am currently have a Tuner error and all the channel on FreeSat and many others are not showing. I do not know if the wind has moved the dish or if something has changed in the set-up. What can do to get this back to its original set were everything was working

I have a motorised dish and I can move the dish in the Positioner setup by using the fine movement. I do not know how save these setting once I have found a strong SNR.
Also what does Auto Focus, Calibrate and Calculate do and should I use one of these commands to correct the dish.

you need to confirm what the problem is before you can fix it.

do you use usals?
do you manually set position?
when did it last work properly?
did you do anything to receiver?

its a USALS motor.
Position was automated set-up.
It was worked yesterday morning.
I think I might have played around in the Positioner set-up to try and improve the signal. I could have re-run the calculate command.

its a USALS motor.

I asked if you are using USALS (motor control), not if you have a USALS motor.

If you dish was aligned correctly to use USALS, you just enter your co-ordinates.

Sorry I am very new to this. Its is a USALS (motor control). Where do I find my correct co-ordinates and how do I re-enter them

You are mixing up hardware (the motor itself) with software (settings to control the motor).

To configure the motor to use USALS, here is a screenshot. If the motor was not aligned correctly or if it has moved, you will have tuner lock issues.

46729here is my screen shots of my set-up. I still need to know where to find the coordinates for the motor control "The software setting".

The Co-ordinates are specific to where you are. Use dishpointer.com or your GPS device.

I have made the following new setting according to my Latitude and Longitude from dishpointer. Still no picture. What else should I do to get this to work?

Best solution is to re-align the dish.

Have you tried to use Diseqc motor controls? This is where you store each position. Have a look at the Vix manual.

This is now fix the Longitude was completely out of range. It need to be on about 04.000 to pick up the signal. This has been a very valued learned exercise that Disk pointer is not always correct and I have learnt how adjusted my motor control settings. Thanks abu for your support.
