Latest/Best Image

Hey guys.

Probably been asked before but can't find the best answer to my question.
I have the VU+ Duo but have never had the need, or had any notifications to update to a newer image.
My last update was on 9.07.2015 to Hades 018. So assuming that was the last use of that image.
What is the newest and best recommended image to update to and is it just a straight forward update as before with last images.

You need to make sure it's a fresh flash, don't just update from receiver. You can either couch flash by going to image manager on receiver and download the latest image and install or flash via USB.
