Hi, I have a zgemma box that i got off my mum for christmas, it was working fine until a week ago. It went off and when we tried to reboot it and scan again it came up with 'crossepg error - timeout for tuner lock'.
We can pick up the freeview channels that is all, i have had a man out too look at the sky dish and cables but he said they are OK. Any ideas what could be wrong with it or any ways of fixing this. Thanks.
