I am using MK Picons, which are brilliant.Unfortunately recently RTÉ channels have slightly amended their names (mainly RTÉ One,RTÉ2,RTÉjr), which is making my current picons for these channels to disappear. I have tried naming them exactly as per channel name but they are still not showing? Any suggestions from experts please?

I use MK ones, and they work as normal after the channel name change.

Not sure why? They were working fine earlier & all others are showing up as well, could it be something related to latest Lraizer plugin?

I use ViX ABM not Lraizer's Autobouquets 28.2E. You could always try ViX ABM just to test and if that works, at least you know its the plugin then don't ya?

I renamed them like RTÉOne, even tried rte'one but it didn't work for me?
I am using your last updated Lraizer plugg in (enigma2-plugin-extensions-autobouquets-e2_20160111_all.ipk)

Accents have never been used in used in SNPs.

It just needs to be called rte2hd, rtejr, rteone, rteonehd, rteoneplus1 etc

That's what you're doing wrong, as Abu says, no accents. So, rteone, rteoneplus1, rtejr, rtenewsnow etc

But I did that because they were not getting displayed & in my bouquet they appeared like that, hence tried renaming them?4661746620

There is an issue with the non-utf characters in bouquets created by AB 28.2. In service lists they are fine. Use the SRP names for the picons for now.

Tried it but still the same result. It was working perfectly before not sure what happened? I just have to live with it I guess.:confused:

Just noted your bouquet is displaying them with no "e" in the end while mine has "e" , e.g RTE'one, while yours is just RTOne?

It is an anomally affecting the letters with accents.

If you want, you can force a name without accents using the supplement file.

They give courses for that, mostly aimed at elderly people, don't they have those in your area?

But in this case you shouldn't need the É when naming the picons, the image should transform the É into an e when looking up the picons using the SNP way, but apparently there's a bug at the moment according to AbuBaniaz...

Unfortunately that one also does not show on my box, was hoping latest released Lraizer plugin update would have fixed it, but it seems not :confused:

The Irish picons are still working on my Sky UK version of picons - just the auto one. They still have their little French style graves and acutes. As well as getting rid of the picons, is there any easy way of getting rid of these foreign channels from the Sky UK scan of channels on ABM? :-) Or move them to "International" boquet section. Apologies if that were to digress this thread - guess I maybe should have posted new one in hindsight.

also if you select sort 3 it will list the E2 plugins the Irish channels should show

Which version are you using? Post a screenshot of your setting page please.

Here are mine, nothing personal in the screenshots. I am using the 01 Feb version.

mine has the update dated 1st febuary 2016 and its not been renamed or lost.....you need to run abu latest fix to sort

Here is my bouquet, it did change to RT one etc when I re-flashed my box with openvix 3.2.036 & installed 01/2/16 plugin again, but after installing the latest 2/2/16 plugin , it has gone back to RTE etc

Update, I have gone to plugin version 27/12/15 & it have sorted my issue, although there is still no Man U HD tv , not too bothered about it
