Hi guys,
I have a problem with my Xtrend ET9500 locking up and freezing every so often.
When it happens it makes all of the buttons on the remote control stop working. Except the power button.
The only way i have found to unlock it is to hold my finger on the power button on the remote for between 10 or 20 seconds.
The box then seems to reboot and operate correctly until it freezes again without warning.
Any help would be much appreciated to fix this fault.
