Total Shut Down-Turn off & on!

Not sure if these boxes are meant to do this or if there is a setting i can change but if the box is in deep stand-by for approx 10 hours or more it totally shuts down so to start the box back up i have to flick the switch off & on the back of the box, any ideas guys ?

Have you checked for debug logs? Maybe some timer event has tried to initiate and it has crashed?

Loads of logs none of them make any sense :) so i have deleted them, i will look there next time the box closes down

Unless you have enabled debug logs wouldn,t expect so many logs.
Might be worth enabling in case there is a real problem.

Hi,
do not look only for timer. Most EPG tools like CrossEPG and EPGRefresh can also start the box from deep standby and then run into an error.
