I have an XT10000 with 2x DVB-S2 tuners. Sky Minidish with Quad LNB, two outputs cabled through to receiver, one into each of the tuners (nothing looped through).

I'm just interested in the 6 Main UK Freesat HD Channels, BBC 1-4, C4HD and ITV (HD having a few regional options...)

From Wikipedia I have this data but need a little pointer in understanding the implications of it;

Channel name Broadcast format Satellite Frequency
BBC One HD 1080i HDTV Astra 2E 10847 V 23000 2/3
BBC Two HD 1080i HDTV Astra 2E 10847 V 23000 2/3
BBC Three HD 1080i HDTV Astra 2E 10847 V 23000 2/3
BBC Four HD 1080i HDTV Astra 2G 11023 H 23000 2/3
Channel 4 HD 1080i HDTV Astra 2G 11126 V 22000 5/6
ITV Central W HD 1080i HDTV Astra 2G 11097 V 23000 3/4
ITV Granada HD 1080i HDTV Astra 2G 11053 H 23000 3/4
ITV London HD 1080i HDTV Astra 2G 11097 V 23000 3/4
ITV Meridian (SE) HD 1080i HDTV Astra 2G 11097 V 23000 3/4
ITV Wales HD 1080i HDTV Astra 2G 11053 H 23000 3/4

So with my 2 Tuners, if I understand this correctly, am I limited to any 2 of the frequency groups above?

e.g. I could simultaneously record BBC HD 1 2 and 3 on one tuner, and ITV HD (any) on the second,
or
ITVHD (any) + C4HD
or
BBC(1-3) + BBC 4
or BBC4 + C4HD

...but never more than 2 like that...or /should/ I somehow be able to use the tuners to access more than that at once?

It seems strange that BBC 4 HD isn't broadcast on on the same satellite at the other 3 BBC Channels ?

or is the above data out of date?

Easiest way to see is when on a channel, bring up your channel list, press green & choose current transponder.

Related Question, if I had a 3rd Tuner, 'C' installed and Looped it through to 'A' or 'B', Would it be able to tune to a different Frequency on the same H/V plane?

E.G.
Tuner A on 10847 V (Direct Feed from LNB)
Tuner B on 11126 V (Direct Feed from LNB)
Tuner C on 11097 V (Looped through to A or B)

Hmm. I wish I'd gone for 3x DVB-S2 and 1x DVB-T2 now (Instead of 2 and 2)
