vu + 4k box enigma 2 help

hello can anyone help me , I purchased a new 4k box before Christmas and have tried running it with black hole and then openvix but cannot get the channels working after buying card sharing codes , I am honestly not sure if there is a problem with codes or weather I have not set box up properly I am a bit of a dummy when it comes to technical stuff.
