how do i stop all messages coming to my email inbox from other peoples threads ?

its as if i'm getting emails when people are posting in threads that i wasnt even posting in or subscribed to ?

i just want my settings to be like, if i make a thread and people post a message i get an instant email then, or if i have posted in someone elses thread i get an instant email if someone posts in that too.

but way it seems just now its as if i'm getting emails and i didnt even read the thread letalone create it or post in it.

could an admin or mod either sort this for me or tell me exactly what it is i need to change, cheers and merrry christmas.

go to setting top right of screen

then go to general setting middle left of screen

change default subscription mode to do not subscribe

once done then go to list subscribtions again on left of screen a little above

and delete all subscriptions

When you change to do not subscribe, make sure you save your settings bottom right.
