The internet is irrelevant for watching TV - you will need a subscription and card from Sky Germany or just make do with the FTA stuff. You don't say which country you are in - if you're not in Germany, then i should think that obtaining a legal card would be difficult unless you have friends who can subscribe on your behalf......
