So a week ago i did a clean install of 030 on my solo4k, setup everything from fresh including epg refresh and everything has been fine, none of the crashes i had previously and no epg.dat.loading file locking the box up, i didn't though install my sundtek sticks, today i am going to re introduce the T2 stick, and add extra instruction to epg_refresh, hopefully it will run fine.

I'm using similar setup to you, no issues. My epg update times are only 120 secs though, works fine.
