No EPG on itv wales

Hi not a major issue but It would be good to have it sorted.
My problem is that I have no 7 day EPG on itv Wales or s4c?
I have set up the EPG corectly but can't get full EPG for these channels for some reason
Any help would be appreciated thanks

Go to menu ..set up .. auto bouquets. .providers. .sky uk .. yes change sky uk area to wales sd ..ok this.. then providers order.. and make sure sky uk is first save then start scan ... should all be fine after scan
