What is your tuner config and what dishes are connected to the box.

You are asking for trouble trying to download EPG from the internet as well as from the satellite for the same provider. Just use one. Internet based sources do not use a tuner.

If you answer post 2 as well as state the receiver you have, that would assist in giving you an answer.

Important thing is tuner configuration must match the hardware connected to it. Most common mistake is people only have one tuner with a wire form dish connected to it, but they configure the receiver as if both tuners are connected to the dish.

It is trying to use the 2nd tuner (becasue you have told the receiver there is a signal wire connected to it). It has no signal wire, hence failure.

Set the tuner with no signal wire to: loop through to tuner A. It will use internal loop thorugh for channel viewing when required, this is better than "not configured"
(Assuming tuner A is the one with the signal wire, adjust accordingly if required)
