Hi all

Is there an easy way to stream from my Technomate nano 3T to another TV in the house?

Is there a plugin I need to download on the technomate?

What hardware & software do I need at the TV end to pick up the signal (I have apple TV connected but not sure I can do anything with this)

Someone mentioned Kodi with Fire stick, but not sure what I need to do on the box end

All help welcome, I am reasonably tech proficient, but not an expert!

ps - tried an A/V sender but my TV in the room only has component input not composite

Thanks in advance

Kodi has an Enigma plug in which you could run off a Fire stick or an Android box.

If the TV is a Samsung then there's an Enigma client that runs on some models.

You could get another Enigma box and use remote stream converter plugin.

I use Blackbox on my iPad which I think is excellent.....maybe this will work on ATV?

Another easy way to send out a stream is goto your WebIF on the PC/laptop, choose channel u want to stream & right click on the picture of the little TV and save file. Send that file to your mate & get him to open it up in VLC.
Youll need to port forward for this to work.
This will work in Kodi also if u manually set it up.

Won't this send a link to the internal IP address of the box? You'll need to change the internal IP to the external one for it to work.

Many would recommend not forwarding your ports due to security risks.
