Hello, does anyone know how to turn commentary off. I've had a look in audio on remote and tried a few different settings but no success. There is MPEG NAR with an x beside but when I ok no difference.

Menu -> Setup -> System -> Auto language settings, Prefer audio track stored by service = no.

Mine has always been on Yes and I haven't had this problem, it has been fine.

What exactly is "audio track store by service"?

Mine"s set to NO and I always get it just on Sky1. I switch it off but it always comes back next time im on that channel.

choose audio without NAR and press ok. (NAR = narrated)

Cheers judge (i have tried what you said) and all who commented, I'll see if it works. Doesn't happen very often but annoying nonetheless

Is it possible that the narration is turned off by default as this topic always comes up[emoji106]

ok got it sussed, dead easy. press audio on remote, there is two options mpeg nar or mpeg english, just make sure the x is next to mpeg english by okaying, really simple

Is it possible that the narration is turned off by default as this topic always comes up[emoji106]There is no 'default'. The reason this happens is because people don't bother to set up a priority language so it just selects the first audio track of each channel. Select English in Auto language settings and it won't happen.

And on the other hand if you want commentary select 'visual impaired commenary' from the auto language list.
