Cannot FTP to my vu solo2 box, FTP server and Telnet server both showing stopped!

Hi i am having trouble with FTP on my box, Both the FTP and Telnet servers are showing "stopped", I have tried pressing the green button to enable them but this does not work, I'm trying to send a new Ccam to the box. Please help. Thank you all very much in advance.

Really struggling tried restoring, factory reset etc etc still n o joy:confused:

If you go into menu, setup, system, network and make sure samba is installed and running, you can then browse your solo2 from your laptop in network

Think you might need to upgrade to the latest 3.2 build as you may not be able to download the necessary network plugins for such an old build.
