No hd channels

Had some issues with my zgemma star h1 box yesterday but turned out all i had to do was swtich from radio to tv! Anyway all ok now except we are not now getting any hd channels at all???? Sorry not to tech savvy but if anyone can help would be grateful. Thanks

If you had mentioned the box you were using at the time, no help would have been given.

We don't provide any support for clone boxes.
Also, it doesn't run ViX, no matter what the person who sold it to you says.
