Getting radio channels only no TV

sorry am new to this, we are not able to get any channels for tv on our box, pressing EPG button shows Radio only??? Have tried turning on and off, tried automatic scan, have tried autobouquet can but nothing seems to be working...Any suggestions please

What box? Does the remote have both radio & TV buttons? Try pressing the TV button.

Are you sure you are not referring to AutoBouquets E2 28.E by Lraizer? You must be using an older version for it to go to radio mode.

As above press press the TV button.

OMG! Thank you, something so simple cannot believe I didnt click, pressed TV button and hey presto....Thicko (Lol).
