View Full Version : Download Plugins - There has been an error...

Hi
I have three vu boxes, two are fine, but one has not been able to go to download plugins for a week or more... I get a message when I try,
There has been an error, please try again later. If his issue persists, please check openvix.co.uk or world of satelite .com.

What can I do to get past this? BTW, an image I created on this zero box was successfully copied to another zero box, and this problem did not transfer in the image! I thought that may be telling. Network works fine, I can play media on other vu boxes over the network, internet shows as working fine etc.

Any ideas what to try?

Thanks, Yes, I have found that once before... but spent 20 minutes on two occasions and could not find that thread to post problems. Perhaps this should be a lot more visible on the forum. It is inside the Vix Team Support Centre category, which is not somewhere I would look as I am not part of "Team Vix".

Hi, yes that did the trick... I restarted and reflashed 21 a few times but hadn't tried since 23. Odd bug, now gone... Thanks
