Blindscan vu+ zero?

Is there way to install blindscan plugin? Can find it in systemplugins but it doesn't install.

And where transponder fixes should be reported?

For example 8West 10971V and 10971H have wrong FEC. Wrong values not work in Zero. 11054V and 12685V/H are missing. Values see Flysat.

Also forum prefix for vu+ zero is missing.
