Zero back up

Thinking of buying another box ?
I have done a full backed up of my existing zero receiver ,and I was wondering if I used the back up from my existing receiver and put into a new receiver would this give me the same set up as my existing receiver ? which is set up just a I like it and so that I don't have to do all the setting up again

Sure will, you will need to obviously run crossepg and abm again though.

I was going to get a zero ? But was thinking would I be able to do the same if it was one of the vu receivers ie solo2 or duo 2 with hard drive fitted and do the same to one of them

For a settings restore, all the identical things will remain. If you have a twin tuner receiver and you use a settings restore from a single tuner receiver, one tuner will not be configured.
