I removed YahooWeather plugin, even the yweather.xml-file in tmp-directory, restarted and still the 5-day weather pic is remaining in the second info bar. The plugin-button vanished in the plugin menu.
I made the a new settings backup, deleted the old ones, downloaded the image, reflashed, restored the settings, no YahooWeather visible. Then I also restored the plugins - and the Yahooweather was there again installed!
Where is it hiding for reinstalling? How to get rid of it completely?

I see, thank you for the information. I was afraid of that. So, if i also remove the skin and reinstall it, do I then get rid of yahoo?
It is, however, a separate plugin and is not originally imbedded in the skin.

Did that, no use. Yahoo is there again, installed as plugin, nonremovable.

If you go to plugins remove ... It should be under extensions ... Just hit remove.
Its always better to use the system to remove than try yourself.

I find the weather plugin very useful. 1st thing i look at in the morning to check for the days weather.

I use the system removal function. It doesn't remove it completely and it will be reinstalled again through restating the receiver. It seems to be the skin-property. The reason to get rid of it is because it doesn't update itself properly.

How can I remove Yahoo weather plugin completely in Vu+ Ultimo OpenVix3.2.021ViXBMC_1080_Confluence?
It seems to be a skin property always coming back even if removed.

I don't think you can remove it - only the skinner can. (I think)

It's been playing up on mu Solo2 for the last week - it thinks today is Wednesday !!! works fine on my Zero though.
