New xpeed lx2

I tried to buy another xpeed lx2 of the sport sponsor last week...only to find out there sold out and no more coming back in stock...so got one direct from Germany
I've plugged it on and immediately I noticed it booted up differently to my original one I have...and the main screen is totally different
Is this the bootloader that needs updated?
Or can I just flash it with the latest image ?

If its bootloader do I do it first then the image. . or image first followed by bootloader

Bootloader first then image , The odds are that you will not need to load a bootloader and just flash the image of choice using the USB stick.
