USALS issue

Hello,

I have a Vu Duo and a Protek receiver. The Protek uses USALS and is set up in the 'simple' config mode. All works very well indeed. I have now switched to this mode [Simple config] for the Vu Duo, but the motor won't move the dish in any way 19.2 > 28.2, etc.

I never have the receivers two switched on at the same time.

During set up of the Duo today, I first of all tried not to use USALS and got myself stuck. So I changed the settings to USALS Simple config but no luck. The motor won't move.

Anyone got any advice please?
